Any thoughts on the quality of the leads you get from Nepeto vs Tactical Arbitrage? TA is slow, but as long as you queue enough searches, you do get results quite quickly. I got 500 leads in an hour now, but had to wait 48 hours for TA to finish. ~ Bjorn K.

Hello Evergreen Peeps! I wanted to share the successful day I’ve had. I want to first be transparent that I’ve found it challenging up until today to easily find leads. Intellectually, everything I’ve heard in class made so much sense and I knew I would be able to replicate the process, but continually I was only finding a few here and there.

Yesterday, I decided I was going to watch each class again. I realized that since I’m still working full time and sometimes pretty tired when it was time for school, that I needed a refresher and I do not quit when I find something challenging. As I re-watch the classes, the light bulbs are going on everywhere. I listen in class and ask questions, but sometime you just need to hear it again and it all becomes clear. I’ve completed the first two classes and just pulled a report in Keepa, uploaded to Nepeto, exported to excel (to have a working copy:), and in one hour found 22 ASIN’s of which 9 were leads and 13 replens! Wow what a difference! Not only was this easier, but became fun and now that I have Jimmy and Katie in my head, I see the whole picture and was even making a list of brands that I wanted to research in Keepa as I processed the data.

3 weeks ago using the technique I learned in S#004 Tracking Products on Keepa – I set a Keepa price alert on an ASIN which I would test if the Amazon and 3p price rose to a certain level. I have added about 1400 leads to my Leads Tracker. Each batch getting a little “cleaner” as I catch on and improve on my KPF filters. For example, one batch I uploaded, had too many shoes, which I don’t want to sell, but caught on and next batch filtered out shoes. I hot a great scoop right after Kate Chattic’s class on KPF and Brands search. Added 8 brands I’m ungated in, set some filters and got back 10,000 on Keepa, uploaded into Nepeto and that got me 250 very solid leads. I picked up on a lot of little gems in Kate’s sourcing classes.

The classes are awesome in so many ways, I really appreciate everything I’ learning, including how to use google sheets, by putting together the manual. The manual is a little tiny step towards really understanding the ability to possible hire VA or other employees in the future. The problem with that is that the classes are teaching me to become so much more efficient, that hiring a VA has slid down my list of priorities. LOL
